Over the past few years, many of our customers in Clark County WA have also been needing soils testing for stormwater design and geohazard/slope assessment reports for steeper slopes on their property. Oftentimes this work is required when a septic or building permit application is submitted. Listening to the needs of our clients, we have been expanding our scope of services to include some of this work. Oftentimes we're able to complete multiple parts of your project consulting, design and soils testing needs, saving you from dealing with multiple consultants. This can save you time and money! Once we have a good feel for your project, we'll let you know what portions we can help with. If a different consultant would be a better fit, we'll also refer you to a proven industry partner who will take good care of you.

Our residential septic design process
We gather project details via phone or email (for new construction, please provide your building plans), review county maps and historical records, and get your site visit on the calendar.
We prefer you on-site to walk the property together. We bring a mini-excavator to dig test holes for soil testing and stake proposed locations if needed.
We prepare design calculations and drawings and submit everything to the county permit portal on your behalf.
Once your system is installed, we complete a pre-backfill inspection and prepare as-built drawings if required by your county.
Our primary service area is Clark County, Skamania County, and Cowlitz County, WA (Battle Ground, Ridgefield, La Center, Woodland, Amboy, Yacolt, Camas, Washougal, North Bonneville, Stevenson, Cougar, Longview, Kelso, Castle Rock). For larger projects, we will travel across the state, but smaller/residential projects are more economical to hire someone local.
